1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ADHD Bullet Journal application, website, and services ("the Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ADHD Bullet Journal is a digital productivity tool designed to support neurodivergent users with tasks, journaling, collections, planning, and a community Stories feature. The Service includes personal journal content, shared Stories, and optional subscription-based features.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. User Content and License

You retain all rights to the journal entries, tasks, notes, collections, and data you input into ADHD Bullet Journal. By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Content you submit to the Stories feature is shared publicly and may be viewed, voted on, and shared by other users. By posting a Story, you grant us the right to display and distribute that content within the Service.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to create, post, or share any content that:

• Contains sexual content — including sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexually suggestive content involving minors or adults.
• Incites or promotes violence — including threats, calls for violence, encouragement of self-harm or harm to others, or glorification of violent acts.
• Is harmful or dangerous — including instructions for illegal activities, dangerous pranks, self-harm methods, or content that could cause serious physical or emotional harm.
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, or hate speech — including targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Is illegal — including content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or facilitates illegal activity.
• Impersonates others — including falsely representing another person, organization, or entity.
• Is spam or misleading — including unsolicited commercial content, phishing, or deliberately false information.

These prohibitions apply to all user-generated content, including Stories, journal entries, collections, chat interactions, and any other content submitted through the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

6. Technical Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from our servers.
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to conduct any illegal activity.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Service, including some Stories and suggestions, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is for entertainment and inspiration only and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You remain responsible for any content you choose to publish.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the app are available through paid subscription plans. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a particular promotion. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

ADHD Bullet Journal provides "cognitive scaffolding" and productivity tools but is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service, including reliance on any content (user-generated or AI-generated).

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app, email, or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
